I am a BACP registered and accredited counsellor based in North Norfolk.

With over 25 years experience as a counsellor, I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues including addiction, depression, bereavement and relationship difficulties.  Over the past 15 years I have specialized in working with survivors of trauma and abuse.

I understand that coming for counselling can be a difficult and challenging choice for many people; I know that it requires commitment and can evoke distressing and difficult feelings. I believe that counselling provides a safe and confidential space where you can explore those feelings and understand how they are affecting your life.

Through many years of practice and personal and professional development I have built on my original Person Centred training and I am able to respond creatively and flexibly to the different issues that people may bring to counselling.

I offer face to face sessions in Sheringham from premises close to the town centre and in central Norwich.

I also offer supervision in both locations
